Having experience of more then a decade of supervising various multi storey buildings as site engineer speaks a lot of his onsite administrative result oriented capabilities.
Dealing with on site contractors and there labour problem are a much known fact & to come out with effective results under such circumstances is a task which has been achieved by him with ease and in time bound manner.
Onsite engineering mathematics ie calculating the requirement of steel, cement, sand and further getting the contractors queries resolved as per RCC plan propositions falls under his services and calculating it in a accurate manner helps company to maintain the site expenditure in control and as planned.
Further studying the Architecture plan and implementing it on site by giving directions to contractors is a skill which he has achieved over a period of years of experience and is a very important person to our organization.
